| What are the shipping costs and sales tax for my online order? Shipping costs and sales tax information can be provided to you at any time during your shopping experience. To access this information, you must have at least one item in your shopping cart. To get an estimate of your shipping costs with your order, click the "click here to estimate shopping cart" hyperlink and a pop-up window will appear with that information. Sales tax information is provided to you within your shopping cart and can be viewed at any time by viewing your shopping cart. It will appear somewhere between your sub-total and total amounts. |
| Is my credit card charged when I enter my order? Yes and no. Your credit card will be "validated" and your order amount will be reserved by your credit card company. However, you will not be actually charged until we confirm your order as "shipped". If items are out of stock, you will not be charged for them until they ship. And, there are no additional charges for back orders when they release. |
| What is your return policy, and do you provide return labels? All returns for merchandise must be filed within 30 days of the actual purchase date. You can return an item for credit, exchange, or refund. You must notify us by email at: customerservice@companytoo.com and specify your reason for the return. Companytoo.com will review your return, and will send you a return label in the mail. No credits, exchanges, or refunds will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received by our warehouse. The return label will have the return address needed for you to return the item(s). |
